Goals
The primary goal was to build strong brand awareness and drive competitiveness for Dusit Princess Melaka—a newly launched hotel with no prior online presence or guest reviews. In a highly competitive hospitality market like Malacca, the brand needed to quickly establish trust with potential guests, attract high-quality website traffic, and convert interest into bookings. Additional objectives included addressing price sensitivity among travelers and ensuring a seamless, user-friendly booking experience across all devices.
Solutions
To achieve these goals, we implemented a comprehensive full-funnel digital strategy across multiple platforms, including Google SEM, Google Demand Gen, Google Display Network (GDN), Meta, and TikTok. Each channel was strategically selected to serve different stages of the customer journey—from driving initial awareness to converting high-intent users.
