Sunway Malls is one of the largest mall owner-operator in Malaysia. In 2023, they launched a CNY campaign with us hoping to boost shopper spending & engagement. The campaign aim to attract and engage both shoppers and non-shoppers by offering unique CNY activities such as AR World, Lion Dance, Festive Bazaar, Act of Kindness, Prize Redemption, Lucky draw and more.
We utilized programmatic display advertising with HTML5 animated banner ads with blinking CTA to make the ad more attractive and achieve more clicks. Aside, campaign also using different banner frame to show out different activities and use red colours that associated with Chinese New Year festive to evokes the feeling of Chinese New Year month.
