This includes mobile top-ups, bill payments, online and offline purchases, and more. Now, they are looking to boost their app install rate and increase their app retention rate.

Solutions

This campaign is split into 2 phases through various digital channel such as Programmatic, UAC, Apple Search Ads and Social ads. We used various kind of audience targeting and attractive rewards content to boost new user install rate as well as increase the app retention rate from existing users.
